Lake Oswego is a grooming-only salon. For daycare, boarding or the self-service wash, visit our Bethany or Montavilla location.
What do I need before my dog’s first groom?
New clients complete a New Client Application and provide proof of vaccinations. A $25 deposit is required to book the first appointment.
When do I drop off and pick up?
You’re welcome to drop your dog off any time before the appointment, and your groomer will call when your dog is ready for pickup.
My dog is older or gets anxious. Can you help?
Yes. We’re happy to work with older dogs and dogs with health issues, including breaks during the groom or having you stay nearby to keep your dog calm. Mention it when you request a time.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend requesting a grooming time about a week ahead by calling the salon.
Do you groom cats here?
Cat grooming is offered at our Bethany and Montavilla locations, not at Lake Oswego.
