This is the BEST place ever to bring your dog. We've been taking our Australian cattle dog here for years and have always seen Winston enjoying himself on the doggie cam and when we drop him off and the staff see him they almost always recognize him and greet him with his name and a doggie pat pat on the head. He leaves us gleefully each time, tail wagging as he follows the staff into the inner sanctuary. The staff is just amazing. Haven't met a grumpy member of the team yet- and we've been coming here for years. A true find, for sure!

The groomers are good, but the front office person questions if you have any concerns about pricing. Offputting.

My dog is consistently spoiled and extremely well cared for at Barkzone. I couldn't be more grateful to have a safe space to drop my pup. Not only are the staff reliable and friendly, but they all go above and beyond to make sure our family is cared for.

My cowboy corgi, Ivy Mae, is almost 3yrs old. She has been a regular at the Montavilla BarkZone for the last 2 years. I drop her off approx 8am and pick her up at 4:00 pm, 1-2 x a week. All I have to say is “wanna go to Barkzone?” and she can barely wait to get together with her extended family of staff and other “kids” spending time there. She LOVES BZ and the staff has been exceptionally kind & supportive & because of that, Ivy is people and dog socialized. I’m so glad to have found my way to Barkzone, Maddie and her EXCELLENT staff. Thanks BZ! (She’s the one in the middle of the room on her back)

Everyone at Barkzone are so incredibly kind and our dog LOVES going there! He is spent at the end of the day and we are always confident he had a great day under their care. Hours are super convenient for us too!👏🏼👏🏼

I just love that girl Heaven who works there she is amazing

I'm genuinely confused how this place stays in business. I have tried on many occasions to use this location for grooming and have had pretty much the same negative experiences each time. They have the WORST communication of any business I've ever seen. They do not answer their phone regularly - it always goes to voicemail and on top of that, they don't return those voicemails. I was able to finally reach someone after multiple days of calling to schedule an appointment. Appointment is schedule for 2 weeks out - that's great. Day of appointment comes, groomer calls out sick - I get it, no worries. They move my appointment to the following week on a Friday, same time - again, great, that works. I call Tuesday to confirm the time of my appointment - no answer, nothing returned. Same with my calls Wednesday and Thursday. No answer, no call back to VM. Show up on Friday, with the idea that my appointment was the same time that I was told 3 weeks ago. The person checking me in tells me, "We had your appointment down for an hour earlier and we're booked for the day, we can reschedule you for 3 weeks from now." No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. Sure, their staff is nice and professional without a doubt. But their management is horrendous. Hire someone to answer the phone

Always happy with their kind care of our 14 year old lab mix and so appreciate how clean she looks and smells.

Shannon is wonderful with my pup! I drive from Beaverton to work with her because my pup does so well with her and he is generally pretty anxious with baths and grooming. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our fur babies!
