This is the BEST place ever to bring your dog. We've been taking our Australian cattle dog here for years and have always seen Winston enjoying himself on the doggie cam and when we drop him off and the staff see him they almost always recognize him and greet him with his name and a doggie pat pat on the head. He leaves us gleefully each time, tail wagging as he follows the staff into the inner sanctuary. The staff is just amazing. Haven't met a grumpy member of the team yet- and we've been coming here for years. A true find, for sure!

The groomers are good, but the front office person questions if you have any concerns about pricing. Offputting.

My dog is consistently spoiled and extremely well cared for at Barkzone. I couldn't be more grateful to have a safe space to drop my pup. Not only are the staff reliable and friendly, but they all go above and beyond to make sure our family is cared for.

My cowboy corgi, Ivy Mae, is almost 3yrs old. She has been a regular at the Montavilla BarkZone for the last 2 years. I drop her off approx 8am and pick her up at 4:00 pm, 1-2 x a week. All I have to say is “wanna go to Barkzone?” and she can barely wait to get together with her extended family of staff and other “kids” spending time there. She LOVES BZ and the staff has been exceptionally kind & supportive & because of that, Ivy is people and dog socialized. I’m so glad to have found my way to Barkzone, Maddie and her EXCELLENT staff. Thanks BZ! (She’s the one in the middle of the room on her back)

Everyone at Barkzone are so incredibly kind and our dog LOVES going there! He is spent at the end of the day and we are always confident he had a great day under their care. Hours are super convenient for us too!👏🏼👏🏼

I just love that girl Heaven who works there she is amazing

The girl named Heaven is wonderful.

I have zero complaints about the grooming, they do a great job for a reasonable price. My only issue is communication. I have never had anyone answer the phone when I call and end up playing a lot of phone tag. I have also never gotten any appointment confirmations. I don’t think they have anyone managing the desk or appointments, which is fine, but it would be nice to have alternative ways to communicate such as text or email as well as a way to book online. Nevertheless, this isn’t a deal breaker, I’ll continue to take my pup here.

This was my first opportunity to have Harry taken care of in Lake Oswego where I live. Going to NE Portland was hard for him and for me. The haircut and bath was fine, though I will plan to have him bathed and wait a few weeks for a haircut. I have no complaints though I will expect he stand a little further away from the scissors next time. The groomer did a great job on her first try, as he is a very hairy and knotted up customer. She was very nice and Harry enjoyed his experience.

This was the first time we had ever had our king Charles spaniel trimmed. She came out looking absolutely beautiful. We are going to trim her about every two months now.

Our first visit went perfectly and our pup looked great. Janelle was very nice and accommodating.

I’ve been here a couple times for a quick nail grinding for my dog. They are quick, the price is very good, and they do a fantastic thorough job. My dog is happy after and that is important.
