This is the BEST place ever to bring your dog. We've been taking our Australian cattle dog here for years and have always seen Winston enjoying himself on the doggie cam and when we drop him off and the staff see him they almost always recognize him and greet him with his name and a doggie pat pat on the head. He leaves us gleefully each time, tail wagging as he follows the staff into the inner sanctuary. The staff is just amazing. Haven't met a grumpy member of the team yet- and we've been coming here for years. A true find, for sure!

The groomers are good, but the front office person questions if you have any concerns about pricing. Offputting.

The folks at BarkZone are so friendly! My dog was slow to warm up, but they took the time to make him comfortable and helped us make a plan to be successful at daycare.

I really appreciate how kind the staff is at BarkZone! My dog went in for a temperament test, and while he wasn't quite ready for this adventure, we were met with a lot of compassion and understanding. Hopefully my pup will feel more comfortable and confident in the future to try it out again!

My dog loves it here. He typically does two days during the work week to break up the week. He's usually pretty chill the days following his visits after playing all day. I appreciate that I can check in via the cameras and see him playing and having fun with the friends he has made. We haven't done summer days yet and I have not been able to watch them play outside, so I'm reserving a star. Overall, it's a nice option to have. I appreciate they do the temperament tests and seem to keep a pretty good eye on the dynamics with the dogs present. Would recommend.

The front office is amazing, extremely kind and accommodating. Great that you can watch the dogs on the webcam. They know each dog well!

We are fairly new to the area and needed a groomer for our dog. Luckily I saw some great reviews at BarkZone. Our dog was very comfortable in the environment and she looks great! So excited that this location is not only close to us but also offers great service!

The woman checking us in was super sweet and personable. The place was clean. My puppers is a Brittany/Australian Shepard mix. So he gets a long thick coat. We let it grow out over the winter. Anyway, I brought him in for his summer cut. It was awful. He had clipper lines all down his body like they sheared him like a sheep. No contouring or smoothing was done. Now his hair is gowing out all wonky. I will be taking somewhere else next time. I'm sure they know what they are doing with smaller dogs or standard cuts like poodles and such, but not a long thick haired dog.

I rarely do bad reviews but I felt this was necessary. I've watched 30+ minutes of this for two straight days before our puppy assessment. After seeing what goes on, I called and cancelled. There is zero interaction between the workers and dogs. The poor dogs all look so bored. We'll continue to search for a dog day care that plays with and interacts with the dogs. Maybe this review will help them make some much needed changes.

Bark zone does an excellent job of grooming my long haired Goldendoodle.
