This is the BEST place ever to bring your dog. We've been taking our Australian cattle dog here for years and have always seen Winston enjoying himself on the doggie cam and when we drop him off and the staff see him they almost always recognize him and greet him with his name and a doggie pat pat on the head. He leaves us gleefully each time, tail wagging as he follows the staff into the inner sanctuary. The staff is just amazing. Haven't met a grumpy member of the team yet- and we've been coming here for years. A true find, for sure!

The groomers are good, but the front office person questions if you have any concerns about pricing. Offputting.

I got an assessment done for my pups this past December. We we brought them in they told us that they’d separate them and introduce them in groups. That didn’t happen and one of my dogs didn’t end up passing because she got scared and stressed because all of the dogs ended up surrounding her and nipped. They didn’t end up failing her because of that situation she was put in and understood. My other dog was great but he ended up getting Kennel Cough

Maddie is such a sweetheart along with the rest of the BarkZone Team! My sweet Winston always comes home happy and tired.

Great crew here. The initial assessment of my pup was great. They took photos of him and I got the sweetest little 'report card'. He is one of the smaller dogs when he goes, but they give him good attention and I can tell the staff really cares about him and all the dogs. Having the live stream cameras is great to see what they're up to during the day. He comes home tired every time!

They really care for my dog. He has only been there a few times. But the already know him. I love having the videos to check in during the day

I'm genuinely confused how this place stays in business. I have tried on many occasions to use this location for grooming and have had pretty much the same negative experiences each time. They have the WORST communication of any business I've ever seen. They do not answer their phone regularly - it always goes to voicemail and on top of that, they don't return those voicemails. I was able to finally reach someone after multiple days of calling to schedule an appointment. Appointment is schedule for 2 weeks out - that's great. Day of appointment comes, groomer calls out sick - I get it, no worries. They move my appointment to the following week on a Friday, same time - again, great, that works. I call Tuesday to confirm the time of my appointment - no answer, nothing returned. Same with my calls Wednesday and Thursday. No answer, no call back to VM. Show up on Friday, with the idea that my appointment was the same time that I was told 3 weeks ago. The person checking me in tells me, "We had your appointment down for an hour earlier and we're booked for the day, we can reschedule you for 3 weeks from now." No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. Sure, their staff is nice and professional without a doubt. But their management is horrendous. Hire someone to answer the phone

Always happy with their kind care of our 14 year old lab mix and so appreciate how clean she looks and smells.

Shannon is wonderful with my pup! I drive from Beaverton to work with her because my pup does so well with her and he is generally pretty anxious with baths and grooming. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our fur babies!
