I have zero complaints about the grooming, they do a great job for a reasonable price. My only issue is communication. I have never had anyone answer the phone when I call and end up playing a lot of phone tag. I have also never gotten any appointment confirmations. I don’t think they have anyone managing the desk or appointments, which is fine, but it would be nice to have alternative ways to communicate such as text or email as well as a way to book online. Nevertheless, this isn’t a deal breaker, I’ll continue to take my pup here.

Great people, great value. Cameras so you can check in on your sweet doggies! My super hyperactive puppy gets socialization and the perfect amount of activity to allow him to relax with us in the evenings. We could not be happier with these wonderful people!

Got us in at short notice and took care of the dogs overnight. They came back happy and made friends!

This was my first opportunity to have Harry taken care of in Lake Oswego where I live. Going to NE Portland was hard for him and for me. The haircut and bath was fine, though I will plan to have him bathed and wait a few weeks for a haircut. I have no complaints though I will expect he stand a little further away from the scissors next time. The groomer did a great job on her first try, as he is a very hairy and knotted up customer. She was very nice and Harry enjoyed his experience.

This was the first time we had ever had our king Charles spaniel trimmed. She came out looking absolutely beautiful. We are going to trim her about every two months now.

Our first visit went perfectly and our pup looked great. Janelle was very nice and accommodating.

This is the BEST place ever to bring your dog. We've been taking our Australian cattle dog here for years and have always seen Winston enjoying himself on the doggie cam and when we drop him off and the staff see him they almost always recognize him and greet him with his name and a doggie pat pat on the head. He leaves us gleefully each time, tail wagging as he follows the staff into the inner sanctuary. The staff is just amazing. Haven't met a grumpy member of the team yet- and we've been coming here for years. A true find, for sure!

The groomers are good, but the front office person questions if you have any concerns about pricing. Offputting.

I got an assessment done for my pups this past December. We we brought them in they told us that they’d separate them and introduce them in groups. That didn’t happen and one of my dogs didn’t end up passing because she got scared and stressed because all of the dogs ended up surrounding her and nipped. They didn’t end up failing her because of that situation she was put in and understood. My other dog was great but he ended up getting Kennel Cough

Maddie is such a sweetheart along with the rest of the BarkZone Team! My sweet Winston always comes home happy and tired.

Great crew here. The initial assessment of my pup was great. They took photos of him and I got the sweetest little 'report card'. He is one of the smaller dogs when he goes, but they give him good attention and I can tell the staff really cares about him and all the dogs. Having the live stream cameras is great to see what they're up to during the day. He comes home tired every time!

They really care for my dog. He has only been there a few times. But the already know him. I love having the videos to check in during the day

Myra is fantastic. We used to take our dog Dexter there RIP. There is simply no better groomer in Portland or beyond.

They’re always so good about making my dog look perfect. I can always get an appointment and my dog doesn’t mind going in so that’s a good sign! Highly recommend these folks!
