Great place for my girly togo play. Love that they have early morning hours and later evening than most places.

I’ve been taking my grouchy 13yr old lab there for over a year. I’m always amazed that he is not barking his head off when I go to pick him up. It is noisy but because his crate is in the middle of the room he seems to enjoy safely watching the action. Btw, his knickname is Houdini because he hates crates and always tries to bust out. But he has never tried to escape here. He comes back smelling nice and clean and they dont use stinky colognes.

My 2 poodles love the tent they get at BatkZone. We find the experience great. All of the groomers are professional and do a great job!

When I ask my Berner if he wants to go see Myra he goes crazy with barking and jumping! He loves her! She's so great!

This is the BEST place ever to bring your dog. We've been taking our Australian cattle dog here for years and have always seen Winston enjoying himself on the doggie cam and when we drop him off and the staff see him they almost always recognize him and greet him with his name and a doggie pat pat on the head. He leaves us gleefully each time, tail wagging as he follows the staff into the inner sanctuary. The staff is just amazing. Haven't met a grumpy member of the team yet- and we've been coming here for years. A true find, for sure!

The groomers are good, but the front office person questions if you have any concerns about pricing. Offputting.

We send our dog here weekly, and very occasionally for boarding. We also have him groomed here. We have never had a bad experience. The people working there are kind and helpful, and our dog always has a good time. The price is right too! We love having an option to get the dog out of the house for a day that feels like he get the chance to do something he loves. It's a win-win.

Happiness is a tired dog, and my pup starts every week with a day full of play and two days of rest. The staff is so amazing, I wish I was a dog so I could hang out with them all day.

Myra is fantastic. We used to take our dog Dexter there RIP. There is simply no better groomer in Portland or beyond.

They’re always so good about making my dog look perfect. I can always get an appointment and my dog doesn’t mind going in so that’s a good sign! Highly recommend these folks!
