Please make note of following operational updates which are effective immediately:
1. Hours of Operation
Daycare drop-off/pick-up hours:
Weekdays - Monday thru Friday
7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Closed between 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.
(no drop-off/pick-up during this period)
*Additional fees will apply to those who drop off and pick up during closed hours*
Weekends - Saturday and Sunday
7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Closed between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
(no drop-off/pick-up during this period)
*Additional fees will apply to those who drop off and pick up during closed hours*
Boarding drop-off/pick-up hours:
Monday thru Sunday
- 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
*Additional fees will apply to those who drop off and pick up outside of these scheduled hours*
Self Wash hours:
Monday thru Sunday
- 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Closed between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
*The last dog can be taken at 4:30 p.m. depending on the dog breed*
Grooming hours:
Monday thru Sunday
Please call for same day a La Carte services, as our groomers’ schedules vary
*If you have a scheduled grooming service that starts during CLOSED hours, please proceed through our Self Wash area to our grooming area to be assisted by the grooming staff*
2. Break Periods
- Dogs who need additional breaks throughout the day will receive a 30-minute to 45-minute break between 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
*This allows our staff to be organized and prepared for the drop-off and pick-up of boarding dogs, as well as to take brief breaks of their own*
3. Late Fees
- Those who arrive after 7:00 p.m. for pick-up will be charged a late fee of $10.
*If this becomes a reoccurring event, the fee could increase*
4. New Clients
- For the time being, we will not be able to offer Temperament Tests for new dogs for 7 days before and 3 days after certain holidays and peak boarding periods. The holidays include:
Spring Break, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day.
Minimum Daycare Prior to Boarding Stay:
- New dogs must schedule the Temperament Test at least 10 days before the planned boarding stay, plus they must have at least one additional daycare day prior to boarding. This is to allow the dog to get acclimated to the facility, staff, and other dogs, and for the staff to get to know the dog.
Dogs who have not been in for a year or longer must come for 2 daycare days prior to boarding to get reacquainted with the facility, staff, and other dogs.
5. Cap on Daycare Dogs
- We will now have a capacity on daycare dogs 7 days before and 3 days after certain holidays and peak boarding periods. The holidays include:
Spring Break, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day.
